The room had a small kitchenette. This feature included a microwave and a refrigerator. i found plates cutlery glasses cups a coffee maker and a kettle there. this setup allowed me to prepare simple meals and drinks right in my room. That saved me time and money.
i found that my room lacked sufficient lighting. it was difficult to read in the evenings. the lobby did not offer many informational brochures or flyers.

I loved the location! It was very close to the underground station and Buckingham Palace. The room had a microwave and also drinkable tap water. Soft, large towels were a really nice extra.
The room was missing a full-length mirror, made getting ready slightly difficult.

Wine and snacks was in reception each evening between 6 and 7 PM! This was so lovely and sociable. It was near many restaurants that serve various cuisines located in a kinda decorated pedestrian alley.

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to various attractions.
My room's temperature controls malfunctioned. The air conditioning would not lower the temperature adequately, resulting in discomfort. i also found the lack of sufficient lighting problematic. The room was dim, hindering my ability to read comfortably. additionally, the provided tea selection was limited. Only a single green tea bag was available, not catering to standard preferences.

no breakfast was served at the hotel. they offer a service from the cafe next door. it can be delivered to your room. my room was on the lower ground floor. it reminded me of the basement. there was not much light and an small window.

The staff was friendly and helpful . my room was super clean upon arrival. the kitchenette in the room proved very useful. I made use of the microwave and the coffee machine. the shower was powerful. It offered consistent temperature.
